Destinations & Activities
We specialize in Nepal, Tibet, Bhutan, and the Himalayan region, offering trekking, cultural tours, and adventure experiences. We also organize tours to Southeast Asia, Europe, and other global destinations with carefully curated itineraries.
The best times are autumn (September-November) with clear skies and pleasant temperatures, and spring (March-May) with blooming rhododendrons. Winter (December-February) is great for lower altitude areas, while summer monsoon (June-August) offers lush landscapes but frequent rain.
Yes! We offer a wide range of trekking experiences from easy cultural walks to challenging high-altitude expeditions. Popular treks include Everest Base Camp, Annapurna Circuit, Langtang Valley, and many more. All treks include experienced guides, porters, permits, and safety equipment.
Absolutely! We offer family-friendly tours with activities suitable for all ages. Our cultural tours, wildlife safaris, and gentle valley treks are perfect for families. We can adjust pace and activities to ensure children have an engaging and safe experience.
Payment & Pricing
We accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), debit cards, bank transfers, PayPal, and digital wallets. For group bookings, we can arrange flexible payment plans. All transactions are secured with industry-standard encryption.
No! We typically require a 30% deposit to confirm your booking, with the balance due 30 days before departure. For bookings made within 30 days of travel, full payment is required. Custom payment schedules can be arranged for large groups.
No hidden costs! Our pricing is transparent and includes accommodation, meals as specified, transportation, guides, permits, and activities listed in the itinerary. Optional expenses like travel insurance, tips, personal expenses, and additional activities are clearly stated.
Refunds depend on when you cancel and the specific tour terms. Generally, cancellations 30+ days before departure are eligible for refunds (minus processing fees). We strongly recommend travel insurance to protect your investment against unforeseen circumstances.
Safety & Insurance
While not mandatory for all tours, we strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance covering medical emergencies, trip cancellation, lost baggage, and emergency evacuation. For trekking and adventure activities above 3,000m, insurance with helicopter rescue coverage is required.
Safety is our top priority. We employ experienced, licensed guides trained in first aid and emergency response. We use reputable accommodation and transport providers, provide safety equipment, conduct risk assessments, and maintain 24/7 support during your trip.
Our guides are trained in first aid and will assist immediately. We have partnerships with medical facilities at most destinations. For trekking, we carry first aid kits and oxygen. Your travel insurance should cover medical expenses. We can arrange emergency evacuation if needed.
